THE STORY

Sunset Shores is a quiet condo community on the Gulf of Mexico in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Every year, retirees from the Northeast - known collectively and colloquially as “snowbirds” - migrate down the coast to seek refuge here from the harsh winters. Normally, it’s all sunshine and chit-chat between residents by the pool. But this year, everyone’s talking about something no one can explain.
